High power Yb:YAG ceramics laser and diamond Raman laser for frequency conversion to DUV

Abstract

A Yb:YAG ceramics laser (>25W) was reported as well as the frequency conversion results. Raman laser at 1420 nm, for the first time, was reported using a CVD diamond pumped by this ceramics laser.
