Terahertz Metasurfaces for Antireflection and Polarization Manipulation

Abstract

We show novel functionalities and improved device performance can be accomplished by stacking a few layers of metasurfaces. This was validated by the demonstrations of terahertz antireflection coatings and linear polarization conversion using few-layer metasurfaces.
