Abstract

This paper presents a new method of dispersion compensation based on holographic grating plate combined with lens imaging system. In the experiment, we have produced a femtosecond vortex beam with no mode distortion on the basis of the new method. The method proposed in this paper improves the diffraction efficiency of the femtosecond vortex beam greatly.
