Detecting Terahertz Continuous Wave Using Weakly Ionized Plasma

Abstract

In this paper, we designed a THz continuous wave detector using weakly ionized plasma generated by discharging inert gas. Some applications of the weakly ionized plasma detector in THz wave detection and imaging were demonstrated.
