Abstract

Laser-induced forward-transfer technique [1] (LIFT) has been widely investigating as a nozzle-free direct micro printing method instead of a conventional inkjet printing, and it is capable of printing various materials, including metals, semiconductors, and even soft materials, such as biomaterials, to develop printed photon-ics/electronics/spintronics/bio-mems.
