Abstract
The laser radiation action upon the surface of a solid gives rise to different changes of both the system itself and the reactions running with the surface participation. Among the most studied processes are laser-induced catalytic reactions, alloying, etching, etc. To a less extent is studied the influence of laser radiation upon the surface of a semiconductor immersed into water.
