Multidimensional fluorescence spectroscopy of single molecules

Abstract

Multichannel-detection for simultaneous registration of all information on a signal burst (intensity, lifetime, anisotropyr and spectral range) is used for analytics and studies of conformational dynamics of a single fluorescent labeled molecule in solution.
