Recent Advances and Applications of Semiconductor Laser based Gas Sensor Technology

Abstract

Recent developments of sensors based on infrared semiconductor lasers for the detection of trace gas species will be described. Several examples of real world applications in environmental monitoring and medical diagnostics will be reported.
