Abstract

Opto-fluidic ring resonators (OFRR) integrate microfluidics with state-of-the-art photonics sensing technology. Here we developed a label-free OFRR biosensor with bacteriophage as a biorecognition probe for streptavidin detection. A detection limit of 0.17 nM was achieved.
