UV Absorption and Fluorescence Lifetime Measurements of DPA-Tb for Bacterial Spore Detection

Abstract

Using a pulsed 266nm laser and a CW lamp (200nm–2062nm) the fluorescence lifetimes and absorbance spectra of terbium doped dipicolinate in different solvents have been measured as a function of their concentrations.
