Abstract

A novel Raman spectral analyzer is presented which measures the concentrations of dilute species with high resolutions (0.3 cm−1), high sensitivity (0.1 Pa) within minutes. Examples are: standard mixtures, breathalyzers, and aqueous dissolved gases.
