Abstract

We demonstrate our progress in developing an application of mid-IR External Cavity Quantum Cascade Laser (EC-QCL) absorption spectroscopy for concentration measurements of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and o- and p-xylene (i.e., BTEX) in a simulation chamber.
