Standoff real-time detection and hyperspectral imaging using coherent Raman

Abstract

We demonstrate real-time standoff detection and identification of explosives and chemicals using backscattered collinear CARS. Nanograms of explosives are detected in milliseconds from many meters away. Standoff hyperspectral imaging of trace explosives is demonstrated.
