A multi-channel Raman Lidar in photon counting mode using SiPM technology

Abstract

We develop a multi-channel Raman Lidar for future monitoring of nitrogen, hydrogen and water vapor profiles along galleries containing radioactive wastes. We report preliminary measurements of N2 and H2O using photon counting SiPMs detectors.
