Mid-IR frequency modulation spectroscopy for sensing C2H2 in a dusty plasma

Abstract

We have developed a 3 μm mid-IR continuous wave OPO-based two-tone frequency modulation laser absorption technique. The optical spectrometer was characterized and deployed for investigating C2H2 concentration dynamics in a particle forming dusty plasma environment.
