DNA purifications protocols for Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy

Abstract

In this study, the purifications protocols were optimized for FTIR. The acetate-ethanol protocol was more suitable for FT-IR analysis than QIAamp Clean, allowing the optimization of this methodology for the analysis of the tissues differentiation.
