Nonlinear Spectroscopy of Lead - Germanium Oxide Amorphous Films With Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract

The nonlinear susceptibility and temporal response of lead-germanium oxide films containing gold nanoparticles were measured in the pico and femtosecond regimes. An improvement of the figure-of-merit, by more than one-order of magnitude was obtained.
