Abstract

The difficulty to define pressure in a medium which is not homogeneous, involves a difficulty in studying systems harmonically trapped cold gases. Thus, we need to define new thermodynamic variables that allow us to study phase transitions, without loss of generality and heterogeneous properties of the sample.
