Polymer Microbubble Fabry-Perot Temperature Sensor

Abstract

A Fabry-Perot cavity generated between a microbubble and a single-mode fiber embedded in PDMS is evaluated as a temperature sensor. The sensor provides a linear response over a temperature range of 35 °C.
