Abstract

PCFs offer remarkable control of light-matter interactions, e.g., optoacoustic mode-locking of fiber lasers at GHz rates, twisted PCFs that preserve the sign of orbital angular momentum and efficient generation of deep and vacuum ultraviolet light.
