Abstract

We propose a method for the Intercarrier Interference mitigation based on FEC-encoded sequences distribution among optical carriers, supported by a non-data aided equalization per carrier. We verified its effectiveness in a 3×32-Gbaud QPSK Nyquist-WDM system.
