Application of the Zero-Order Phase Contrast Technique in Optical Trapping

Abstract

We evaluate the application of the zero-order phase contrast technique in optical trapping systems. This technique uses an aperture in the Fourier plane of a 4f optical correlator to reconstruct intensity distributions from phase distributions.
