Abstract

Experiments with nanocolloids presenting high-order nonlinearities will be reported. Examples illustrating high-order self- and cross-phase-modulation, modulation-instability, and spatial solitons propagation will be demonstrated by adjusting the metallic nanoparticles filling fraction and the incident light intensity.
