Luminescence of sputtered Tb3+ doped ITO thin films and its impact on the host’s optical and electrical properties

Abstract

The effect of terbium doping on the light emission, optical and electrical properties of sputtered ITO films was investigated for different annealing temperatures. Films maintained a high optical transmittance and a medium resistivity.
