Multi-analyte refractive index sensor based on hybrid long range plasmon modes in H-shaped optical fiber

Abstract

We propose a novel design for a multianalyte refractive index sensor based on hybrid long-range plasmon in H-shaped microstructured optical fiber. Good sensitivity, as high as 4200 nm/RIU, can be achieved with the proposed structure.
