Classical and Entangled Two-Photon Absorption in Organic Molecules

Abstract

Two-Photon absorption in Rhodamine B is study by measuring the cross-section when exciting the transition with laser light (TPA) and with entangled photon pairs (ETPA). The main characteristics of TPA and ETPA processes are presented.
