Abstract

Here, 50Li2O-45B2O3-5Al2O3:Nd3+/LiF glass was evaluated as an optical temperature sensor. Using the luminescence intensity ratio (LIR) method, three distinct LIR were explored and relative sensitivities of up to 3.86 %.K-1 were obtained.
