Abstract

Study to obtain a near-infrared optical thermometer with Nd3+-doped fluoroborontellurite matrix, measured emission intensities of the (4F5/2, 4F3/2) → 4I9/2. For 3.0% Nd, and 300K, the relative sensitivity is 1.48K-1%.
