Platinum micromachining using fs-laser pulses

Abstract

In this work, Platinum thin films were used to investigate nanoparticles deposition by LIFT, and explore it’s applications. It was determined the optimum conditions to transfer are 250 pulses/spot and 4 µJ of energy.
