Abstract

Nonlinear ellipse rotation (NER) measurements were done as a function of wavelength to determine the nonlinear refraction and nonlinear absorption spectra of four different dyes (DR13, DR1, DR19 and DO3) in different solvents (Acetone and Methanol). These spectra provide a broad nonlinear characterization of the dyes.
