Abstract

Meisei University is studying the effect of laser ignition on gasoline-engine performance in a joint research project with AIST. In this report, we examine the results of laser-ignition experiments on gasoline-engine performance under lean-burn and high-dilution conditions, and introduce the results of multi-point laser-ignition experiments.
