Laser Direct Writing for the Electrical Wiring of Nanostructures and Applications in Electrically Detected Plasmon Resonance

Abstract

We demonstrate laser direct writing for the electrical wiring of nanostructures. Multiphoton absorption polymerization (MAP) followed by selective metallization was used to wire gold nanorods, creating devices for the electrical detection of plasmon resonance.
