Functional Imaging of Blood Flow in Brain and in Tumors during Therapy

Abstract

The development of diffuse correlation spectroscopy for non-invasive measurement of blood flow in healthy and diseased brains and during tumor therapy is described. By combining with ’’traditional” diffuse optics, estimates of oxygen metabolism are obtained.
