Distance Dependence of Entanglement of Two Quantum Dots

Abstract

We discuss the distance dependence of entanglement of two Quantum Dots (QD) as a possible source of entangled photons, For convenience, we model the QD by a harmonic oscillator (HO) and therefore the coupling of the Two QDs as a double harmonic oscillator.
