Time-Domain Analysis of the Dipole-Dipole Interaction Between Rubidium Atoms

Abstract

Rubidium atomic wavepackets are analyzed in the frequency domain to show a shift of the quantum beating from the energy difference from two rubidium atoms. Temporal analysis confirms this shift, which is attributed to dipole-dipole interactions between atoms.
