Abstract

We have designed and implemented an Anti-Brownian ELectrokinetic (ABEL) trap on an FPGA platform, with programmable feedback algorithms and online tunable trapping parameters. Trapping of sub-10nm biomolecules for seconds in buffer is achieved.
