Local Structural Flexibility of Nucleic Acid Probed by a Wide Field Single Molecule FRET Imaging Technique

Abstract

A simple method to probe local structural flexibility of nucleic acid based on a wide field single molecule FRET imaging technique will be presented. Applications to DNA duplexes, ribosome complexes and nucleosomes will also be presented.
