Ultrafast THz Studies of Few-Layer Epitaxial Graphene

Abstract

We report the broadband optical conductivity and ultrafast THz dynamics of few-layer epitaxial graphene, revealing electrodynamics consistent with a dense Dirac electron plasma and a transient THz response dominated by recombination of excess hole carriers.
