Abstract
We exploit a few-cycle, high-energy, carrier-envelope-phase stabilized IR parametric source for spectral extension of high-harmonics emission. In particular we demonstrated the utility of this approach for the study of HOMO-related structures in HHG form impulsively aligned CO2. The generation of broadband continua above 150 eV is also demonstrated in a two-color scheme.
