Volumetric multiphoton microscopy: Simultaneous imaging in 3D

Abstract

Parallel multiphoton imaging of multiple focal planes while employing single element detection is demonstrated. This novel imaging modality enables three-dimensional specimen volumes to be recorded simultaneously in dynamic fashion.
