Universal Quantification of Binding Affinity Using Back- Scattering Interferometry

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Back-Scattering Interferometry has been used to measure a variety of binding events, including membrane-bound protein interactions, selective inhibition of enzymes, and quantification of allosteric effects. These interactions are studied in free-solution label-free.
