Photovoltaic Properties of Quantum Dots and ICG Dye Sensitized Micro/Mesoporous ZnGO-2 and TiO2 Solar Cells

Abstract

New photovoltaic solar cells based on micro/meso porous Zinc(hydr)oxide with 2% graphite oxide (ZnGO-2) and TiO2 s sensitized by quantum dot and ICG dye are reported. The efficiency of energy conversion has reached up to ~ 6.84%.
