The Making of 3D Multi-Resolution Motion Pictures for the Microscopic World

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We outline the development of the 3D multi-resolution microscopy (10-nm localization precision in XYZ and 10 micro-second time resolution, integrated with micron / seconds confocal imaging), as well its applications in drug delivery and energy biosciences.
