Coherence Properties of a Single-Mode Polariton Laser

Abstract

First and second-order coherence functions of a zero-dimensional microcavity are measured. In contrast to a two-dimensional system, intensity fluctuations of a polariton laser are significantly reduced which is verified by g(2)(0) = 1.
