Abstract

This article describes how to develop design principles of optoelectronic systems for radio signals instantaneous frequency measuring based on the use of them for original amplitude-phase modulation conversion of single-frequency optical carrier into symmetrical dual-frequency, subsequent “frequency-amplitude” measurement conversion in the fiber Bragg grating with special reflective contour. The aim is to prove the possibility of measurement frequency range expanding, increasing of measurements resolution at the “low” frequencies range and sensitivity at the “high” frequencies one.
