Super-resolution Imaging with Airy Beams

Abstract

We demonstrated a self-bending point spread function (SB-PSF) based on self-accelerating Airy beams for three-dimensional (3D) super-resolution fluorescence microscopy. The approach offers several-fold improvement over previously reported 3D imaging methods.
