Interactions of two counter-propagating waveguides in the dry photopolymer material using fibre optics

Abstract

Self-Writing optical waveguides (SWWs) have been demonstrated in the photopolymerizable materials. Nonlinearity and diffraction limit of a propagated wave in nonlinear materials can be effectively compensated by light diffusion during the creation of SWWs.
