Optical reversible gate based on lithium niobate based Mach Zehnder Interferometers

Abstract

In this paper, basic reversible logic gate (Peres gate) using the lithium niobate based Mach-Zehnder Interferometer is proposed. The results are verified using beam propagation method and MATLAB simulations.
