Phase Mask-Based Superresolution Nonlinear Microscopy

Abstract

We experimentally and theoretically explore various phase-masks for superresolution nonlinear microscopy. By engineering the excitation and collection volumes, we can achieve resolutions of ≈λ/7 for a wide range of nonlinear processes.
