Rapid Frequency Comb Spectroscopy from 4.4 µm to 4.7 µm using a Virtually Imaged Phased Array

Abstract

Rapid, precise, and sensitive multiplexed measurements of N2O were preformed using a mid-infrared frequency comb and virtually imaged phased array spectrometer. Multiplexed images covering > 35 cm−1 were recorded in 500 µs.
